The new Grooming Credit System replaces the traditional "per-session" model with a versatile Digital Wallet. Instead of being restricted to a specific service type (such as "Full Grooming Only"), your balance can now be utilized for any grooming service across our entire menu.

How the Transition Affects Your Current Package

Your current investment is fully protected. On the launch date of 1st February 2026, the following will occur:

  • Automatic Conversion: All remaining sessions in your active grooming packages will be automatically converted into Grooming Credits.

  • Equal Monetary Value: Our system will calculate the exact value of your remaining sessions and credit that amount to your digital wallet.

  • Seamless Process: No action is required on your part; the transition will be handled entirely by our system.
