How it Works

  1. Buy a credit package from the range of packages that we have to offer that suit your needs. 
  2. Once you purchase your credits, we will automatically activate the new membership (on us), or we will extend your existing membership by an additional year

  3. 1 credit equals RM1 . When you buy credits, each credit you have is worth RM1 towards buying your groomingservices. Your balance will translate to an equivalent value in RM for you to decide whatservices to purchase.

  4. Begin spending your credits! Just inform our staff of the services you are interested in purchasing and they will help you to redeem those services with the credits that you have purchased.

Example:

  • Basic grooming toy dog costs RM38 → With Package C, you can cover 31 sessions.
  • Normal grooming of short-coat cat costs RM80 → With Package D, you can cover 23 sessions.

How does it work?

Buy credit packages to be used on grooming services, once the grooming credits are purchased, you may use them to buy your preferred grooming services.

What if I run out of credits or don’t have enough credits to purchase something?

You can always buy a new credit package to top up your balance, alternatively top up with card or e-wallet.

Can I top up any amount I want?

We currently sell our credits in packages, so you would have to select a specific package to purchase to top up your credits.

I bought my package before 2025, what happens to my balance?

Don’t worry, you can still use your package as usual. Book an appointment and your groomer will help you to redeem your service based on the existing package.

Can I convert my grooming credits into moreRewards coins?

No, grooming credits are exclusively used for the purchase of grooming services and cannot be converted to moreRewards coins.

What if my pet dies and I do not intend to get a new pet?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a cash refund for the grooming credits purchased, however, under special circumstances

What if I have credits I haven’t used yet?

Unfortunately, any unutilized credits will be forfeited and cannot be extended. We provide sufficient time for all customers to utilize their credits and we highly encourage customers to purchase the package that suits their needs.

What if I’m already a moreRewards member?

Active moreRewards members will be give a free 1-year extension of the membership. So if you’re current membership expiry date is June 1 2026, your new expiry date after purchasing the credits will be June 1 2027.

Do you selling grooming package credits online?

At the moment Grooming Credit packages are not available online, but stay tuned, we will do our best to allow customers to purchase grooming credits on our website as soon as we can!

Can I use my grooming credits when there is a promotion going on?

Yes of course, grooming credits are equivalent to cash, you can use your credits to purchase any services at their promotion price should you see any going on.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of grooming credits (“Credits”) purchased and redeemed at Petsmore Sdn Bhd. By purchasing or using Credits, customers agree to abide by these Terms.

  1. Earning Credits
  • Credits must be purchased via approved channels (in-store or online).
  • Each Credit is valued at RM1 , representing prepaid value for future grooming services. Credits are not a voucher, discount, or price lock, and grooming services will be charged at the prevailing rates at the time of redemption.
  • Credits expire according to the package purchased (between 1–3 years).
  1. Usage of Credits
  • Credits may only be redeemed for grooming services.
  • Credits may be used with promotions and offers, as they are equivalent to cash.
  • No minimum or maximum redemption limits apply, but customers must hold sufficient Credits to complete a transaction.
  1. Transferability and Refunds
  • Credits are non-transferable unless a formal appeal is made and approved by Petsmore Sdn Bhd.
  • Refunds are not generally accepted. Approved refunds will be issued only in the form of moreRewards coins, not cash.
  1. Expiration of Credits
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the validity of their Credits.
  • Petsmore Sdn Bhd bears no responsibility for Credits that expire.
  • No replacement Credits will be issued for expired balances, and any loss due to expiration is solely the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Customer Obligations
  • Customers must be registered members of the moreRewards program to purchase and use Credits.
  • Purchasing Credits grants free membership or extends existing membership.
  • Customers must comply with all store policies.

Misuse and Fraud

Any misuse or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized transfer or sale of Credits
  • Account tampering or unauthorized access
  • Fraudulent purchases or redemption attempts
  • Use of stolen payment methods
  • Misrepresentation of identity or membership details

Consequences may include:

  • Immediate suspension of membership
  • Forfeiture of all Credits without refund
  • Permanent ban from the moreRewards program
  • Legal action under applicable Malaysian law
  1. Store Rights
  • Petsmore Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify or terminate the grooming credit system with notice to customers.
  • The company is not responsible for loss of Credits due to scams, negligence, or unauthorized sharing of membership details.
  1. Legal Clauses
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
